So, is it time for the other party to sign the document? Just follow these 3 easy steps: click, verify and e-sign.
After you “Finalise” your document, press “Invite to Sign.” The other party will receive an email inviting to sign:
1 - Click
Once the party clicks in “View&Sign,” a Dragon Law page will open requesting for a 6-digit verification code.
The code is there to make sure that the signature process is safe!
2 - Verify
Insert the code informed by a second email from Dragon Law and press "Next".
Important! The codes are valid for 60 seconds only. After the time elapsed, the counterparty just needs to press "Resend" button for a new code.
3 - Sign
After the document was accessed, the party may click on "Sign Now" for Signature.
Tip: The counterparty may include a signature either drawing or uploading it. The same smooth process as your process! To learn more on how to store your signature, click here.
The party will be able to check the signature at the end of the document.
And there you go: the document is signed! Easy as 1 - 2 - 3!
