This article will take you through the steps of applying for the TVP Programme for a Project that involves implementing Dragon Law's solution.
If you need more information about the TVP before applying, you can find all the relevant information on the government website.
Now that you're ready to start the application, you can follow the steps below!
1/ Register an account with the Innovation and Technology Commission
Estimated Time: 5 minutes
A/ Visit this link: https://tvp.itf.gov.hk/en-US/Account/Register/Applicant
B/ Fill in the Company and Contact information:
- Business Registration Number;
- Business Registration Expiry Date;
- Business Registration Soft Copy;
- Company English and Chinese Name;
- Year of Establishment;
- English and Chinese Address;
- Telephone, Phax, Email, Website;
- First and Last Name
C/ Click on Submit
2/ Access the Application Form of TVP
Estimated Time: 2 minutes
A/ Once you are logged in, click on Application, New Application and then Apply, as shown below
B/ You will then be taken to the application form of TVP, with different parts (A to F). While you are filling the information on the form, you are given the option to save the form and export it, as shown below.
3/ Fill in the Application Form

PART A: PARTICULARS OF THE APPLICANT ENTERPRISE
Most of the organisation's information should be pre-filled. You will then have to indicate the form of your business, the type of business, the number of persons employed and the period with substantive operations in Hong Kong. You also have to appoint a project coordinator.
PART B: PROJECT INFORMATION
We've made some suggestions below on how to fill in the form:

- You can then update the contribution by Applicant. It should be either HKD 7,200 for a Professional plan or HKD 4,300 for a lite plan.

PART E: SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS/TENDER BIDS
As there is no other online cloud-based software which operates from Hong Kong, it will be difficult to provide the minimum required of 2 quotations/tender bids.

PART F: DECLARATION
Agree to the terms by checking a box and adding your capacity.
4/ Attach the requested documents
You will have to attach the requested documents.

5/ Submit your application
You can then submit your application by clicking on submit.
Your application will now be examined by the TVP committee according to the below criteria:
- relevance to the business of the applicant;
- reasonableness of budget and implementation details; and
- adverse record of technology consultant and/or service provider(s)
If your application is accepted, you will then sign a funding agreement with ITC before the project commencement.
Once the project is completed, you will submit a final project report.
The TVP will then make the disbursement.
