Our smart Document Builder allows you to create an unlimited number of documents. You can create a document from our library or a document we automate for you and e-sign it within minutes. Users under the startup plan will only be able to create the document listed here.
1. Click on ⊕ CREATE at the top left side of your screen. Select your jurisdiction and click on CREATE next to the document you need;
2. Complete our Document Builder questionnaire and click on GO;
Note: Only select "ME" if you are signing this document as an individual and not on behalf of the company.
3. Complete each section of the document;
4. Add the signatories under Who Should Sign;
Note: to e-sign your document, please enter the same email address as the one you use for your Dragon Law account.
5. Review the document and click on Sign Document Online and then Sign Now. Click on Invite to sign to send an invitation to the other party. Click here to know more about e-signing.
